We are equipped with all the materials to clean your home! If you have any cleaning products you like being used around your home we will more than happily use them.

There is no need for clients to be at home during the clean. As long as we have safe access to your home it is up to you whether you are there.

In the initial meeting between you and your cleaner you can discuss any extra tasks you may need doing such as oven cleaning, carpet cleaning etc.

After the clean an invoice will be sent to the client. Payment is due via bank transfer within 5 days of the clean being completed.

Clients must notify the cleaner within 48 hours of their scheduled clean, failure to do this may incur in either a cancellation fee or full charge for the missed service.
